tad777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tad777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, posed a risk to platform integrity, or where account closure is required for responsible gaming purposes.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, tad777 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the withheld balance may be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their tad777 account may do so at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their last active verified payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements being satisfied.
